Woot... I finally broke the 14 minute mile. This is probably laughable to most people, but a couple months ago I couldn't break 15 minutes/mile. Now I just need to get to where I can hold that 14 minute pace for 4-5 miles, then start trying to transition from walking to doing a little jogging.
139.6 kg Lost so far: 35.0 kg.    Still to go: 53.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

When I first started I was 300 lbs. I could bearly do 10 minutes on a treadmill at 1.5 mph. Within 10 days doubled the time. In another 10 days I doubled the speed. Persistence pays off. Go for it.
