Another tough weekend ... long hours + high stress = sort of blown diet for the weekend. I didn't go on a binge, just too much, not so good food sitting in front of a computer for too many hours. Then to cap the weekend off, the boss wanted to reward us for working the weekend by buying us lunch. We got Chinese take out, and that stuff must have been half sodium because I am showing a pound gain today. Oh well, still within 2 pounds of the line I have plotted at 2.5 lb/week. That is what I call my moving target, I don't mind some screw ups, as long as I keep within a few pounds of the line. If I can stay the course I will be in one'derland before next July 4 at less than 50% of my starting weight. Yeah I know plans change, but that's my goal.
141.6 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 55.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.7 kg a Week
