Surprised but happy to have lost a pound this week. Ate a lot more carbs than usual this week, and over the RDA several days. Ken has started inviting me to eat carb heavy meals in evning :( Also basically sedentary 9725 cals burned and 28602 steps from Monday thru Friday average/day-5702. Napping every afternoon, worried flax oil is downing my thyroid. Ugh.
