I had a cheat day on Sunday when we went to Gettysburg...I didn't go crazy, but it took until yesterday to get back to ketosis. long time!! It'll be a long time before I have another cheat day!!! I'm happy I'm finally losing again though!
73.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
