I am just so happy! I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally figured out how to loose weight effectively and consistently. Who wants to loose 10 lbs in a week only to gain it back the next week. Been there done that. I lost 20 lbs one time with colon cleanser and man did it work. I lost a pound a day, then after the month of taking it I gained it back a pound a day! This is really going to work, it is a lifestyle change. I thank everyone on this site for the effective information they have shared and their encouragment.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

What colon cleanser did you use?, I have been wondering about how effective they are and from the sounds of your post, it sounds very successful.

NOooooooooooooooooooooooo that was 10 years ago. It went off a pound a day, but came back a pound a day, lol. As long as you are taking it it just sends the food right through ya. Not a healthy long term way to loose weight. I needed it for a trip I needed to loose weight for. I don't remember the name of it, they sold it at a tanning salon. I recommend diet and exercise. I am having more success with what I am doing now, since I know I am getting it off the right way.
