LOL well I got below my goal... and seem to have stalled a bit. Absolutely no sign of a six pack yet though so I guess I am still off carbs. Going to be tough because I am flying down to Florida to visit my folks for a couple weeks starting tomorrow and they were raving about the local craft beers... and I doubt I will be hitting any weights either. Hmmm... Have to work hard to stick to my carnivorous only diet and catch myself lots of fish. Next couple days will be interesting.
