WELL I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR THE LAST 2 1/2 WEEKS SO THE LOSS IS NOT SHOCKING BUT HAS ALSO MOTIVATED ME! LET SEE IF THE NO CARBS WORKS... HERE GOES NOTHING

No carbs works great as long as you never plan on eating carbs again. If you want to lose weight, consistency is key.
