I've been recording my weight for a couple of years and as I'm aging I've been continuously gaining weight, slowly but surely.

The goal is for me to count calories. Nothing in my life as changed on my eating habits or exercise. I eat a very low fat diet, high in raw vegetables and lean protein, minimal carbohydrates. I do Yoga, running, eliptical and hiking so I'm fairly active in general 3-5 times a week.


My metabolism has changed due to getting older....natural part of life. However, I do not like the feeling of being bloated/flabby. I'm going to focus on reducing calories and minimizing alchol and coffee (especially creamer).
