Can someone PLEASE explain to me how on earth I make sure to work out EVERYDAY(body pump or RPM) and stick to exactly what I record in my calorie counter, yet after two days I gain 3 pounds?? It doesn't make sense and now I remember why I gave up before.
88.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
