I'll blame it on the Winter Comfort Food.

Steady weight gain and my new clothes are screaming at me to get back into form.

Got myself a PT last night. So back to being disciplined and on the wagon. New Challenge awaits me!
91 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
