not my best weigh in but far from my worst. also was fully dressed and had 2 big cups of coffee. fairly dehydrated as well.

I'm in the middle of an exceptional situation so I'm having to rely on food that I don't prepare. soon I'll be home again and can get back my usual control.
52.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
