I didn't gain anything back from the egg fast. I did strict induction yesterday too. Happy, happy, happy!!!
75.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That seems like a much healthier plan than just eggs and nuts. That is simply scary to me limiting your nutrients to that extent.
