lots of health issues. Gall bladder attack which meant stopping program - which wasn't going well to begin with! Going to do phase 4 reset period for about 4 weeks to give my body a chance to heal. Good carbs - 8 Oz veggies per meal as my tummy will allow and make a choice to stay away from sugar as much as possible....and greasy foods! I gotta take better care of ME!! Would love to be down to 275 by vacation :)
