One fast food meal can throw the whole day off. Protip: don't get the potato side to make it a combo meal. I would have had even calories and less sodium.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
