Didn't do too well on this challenge but I am having so much fun playing senior softball 3 times a week that frankly, it really does not matter. The only thing that I have really done in my diet is absolutely nothing to eat after 7:00 each and every night. I have been able to adhere to this and will continue to adhere to this. I plan to change this in the winter to 6:30 and then back to 7:00 in the summer again. This will be a lifestyle commitment for a lifetime. For this week only, because I have no softball games schedules, I plan on having 1200 max calories, 8 glasses of water and see if I can get this into sort of a habit for a while.

I have not done Pure Slim for over a year. I kind of agree with some of the priniciples but really think that a relatively low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet with lots of water and extremely limited sugar intake is the best for me and my body.
