Think I may just be on the way to making it... but temptation to break down and eat s#!t is overwhelming the kast few days... work been draining beyond words and the steers and bakery on the way home look so inviting as opposed to cooking healthy dinner..
82.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
