So I fell off the wagon for a while and ate like a starved pig and gained back most of the weight I had lost. I was doing a LCHF keto diet and felt very deprived and ended up binge eating. I may try it again sometime but to me this is not a sustainable diet. I am now just going to concentrate on keeping my calories low and eating good clean foods and making an effort to get into the gym more often. something a little less drastic and easier to stay consistent with. Wish me luck.
