Have been away from home for 10 days... really hard to find time/place to exercise; few fruits and veggies... everything seemed to be fried! This has been a set back, but I am so close to the goal, can't quit now.
Will try to stay between 1200 and 1400 calories and work out new exercise schedule.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

If I can recommending something to you. Do not go too low with calories. Your body will slow down with metabolism. If the metabolism is slow - you will lose weight more slower or standing of weight. set up your daily income of food balanced - protein, carbs and also fat. This is my tip - how I was doing it past few years and I have lost over 30 kilos :)
