What a weekend.
We visited my parents and celebrated a belated mothers' day.
My dad is not doing well and he knows it, he is preparing the family for his imminent death.
Sunday we invited the in-laws to my house for Pho, sashimi and BBQ.
So I gained about 4 lbs.
And I've dropped 2 of them.
Work kept me very busy Monday and Tuesday prepping for and delivering a sales presentation and covering a few technical support calls. Too busy to get to the gym.
I mean I could have gone to the gym in the afternoon, but I was just exxhausted from work.
So I woke up early this morning, weighed in, downed my coffee and I'm walking to the gym in a second.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
