A day late, but updated weight as planned. I've been avoiding changing the number, as it makes me feel like a failure. I hate changing the number to a higher one. I know it's all part of the learning process and I just pray I'm learning and growing into a more balanced person, who can some day look back on these hiccups and smile. Still struggling with how to fit exercise into a 69 hour work week. Sometimes it means walking on my lunch break, sometimes it means exercising after a 12 hour shift. Working on being consistent day by day.

yeah, I feel you on this!! once I go over 65 hours especially when I cross that 70 hour work week all ambition to workout and eat right is gone. I do my best to workout on my lunch breaks in parks walking running, doing dips and pull-ups, but even that is a struggle on those high hour weeks. I'll be right there with you this week 65 hours minimum.

Just do your best and don't attempt perfection. Sometimes we have to tread water. Sometimes we gain, sometimes we lose.

Definitely cut yourself some slack. Be proud that you can work those kinds of hours even though it sucks that you have to. I’m on my 7th straight day of 12+ I walked by the hotel gym and laughed at it. Laying in hot water hoping to be able to walk tomorrow. :-)

Old_but_not_out, hope the hot water helped! It's definitely a struggle. Morticia and OTB, yeah. Thanks for the support! Be safe and take care of yourselves this week!
