Nice start - let's keep this ball rolling....

Logging food seems to help, lol

Trying to sort out which plan works is difficult.
Its only the second day and I am still obsessed with food, ugggh.

However, my goals are doable. And must be accomplished cause its not just about how I look it is about how I feel.

Battling back from a bad wasp sting reaction that triggered other illnesses has not been fun. Prednisone really sucks!!! Thankfully I am off that and hope never to go back on it.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
