this is like crazy weight month lol. but I'm about mid woman cycle so I expected to see my weight go up. it seems to happen every month - and every month I panic slightly. so will focus on staying hydrated as I've been a bit bad with that.

woke up feeling like someone stuffed a lump of coal in my stomach. so guessing digestion is going a bit haywire too. appetite is ridiculous as well. ohhhhh being a woman sometimes does suck!
52.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
