On vacation but felt I tried to only cheat a little but still gained alot back. Very frustrating how can i get off of Atkins ever. Really didn't eat bread or pasta only added a cheat a day and a few low carb drinks.

Also have been constipated fora few days and usually very regular. Took laxative on Fri but now now constipated again and feeling bloated. Should be taking iron tablet but haven't fora week because afraid of making constipation worse.....guess I will try a stool softner today.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
