I have had two weeks of birthday celebrations, so no regrets on the slight weight gain. I stuck to my usual two high protein meals a day and minimal snacking, however a glass or five of wine can slowly add up. I now have just under 3 months to get toned and ready for an island holiday. Back on track and ready to get through winter without falling into the comfort food zone.
