175.0 pounds? Seriously?? I was not expecting such awesome news for my weekly Thursday morning weigh-in! Two whole pounds down since last week. :-O Wow.
I haven't weighed this little since about 2008.
Looking ahead, I see challenges in the upcoming week. Lots of dining out, lots of wine and snacks on patios with friends. I have to determine how to negotiate those treacherous rapids without gaining anything back.
Next week's goal: 175.0 again. I don't want to give up this amazing and unexpected milestone!
