That's pretty much where I am at. I just started my workout routine last week:
At Home:
5 sets (Day 1) Sun, Tue, Thu
Bicep Curls
Shoulder lifts
Shrugs
5 sets (Day 2) Mon, Wed, Fri
Situps
Pushups
At Work:
5 sets (Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
Forearm Curls (Up & Down)
Shoulder Extensions
Tricep Extensions
Saturday Rest
Plus I run three miles every day.
