First thing in the morning *after a restaurant.* I still eat too much at restaurants, but healthy-ish food at least so I don’t get temporary gains after eating out anymore. Baby steps.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
