I started the Mayo Clinic Diet a couple of days ago. Today is my chocolate day. I’m going to treat myself to two small chocolate chip cookies.
First two weeks is “crunch time.” After that, build on good habits.
Swearing off candy, pastries, and other baked goods. My nemesis is all the sugar I eat.
I’m eating a lot more veggies and fruit. And I think I have memorized the whole “fats” thing. Mono unsaturated and poly unsaturated are good. Trans and saturated are bad.
