I don't normally like to update but it's rare that my night weigh in is less than my morning. this morning I weighed in at 52.7 and dropped to 52.4 and that was after eating dinner!
52.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
