back on Rejuv, back at the gym...just barely walking 1/2 mile but I'm going!! Pryce has really helped...motivation! ! Today is a loaf day. ..so healthy fats :) let's do this!!
132.7 kg Lost so far: 47.2 kg.    Still to go: 67.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
