Allowed myself to eat what I wanted over the weekend, and weight went up nearly four lbs. All part of figuring out how this is going to work. Will need to be very careful this week to take off the four lbs that I put on in two days.
96.5 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

To truly gain four pounds of fat over the weekend, you would have had to eat 14,000 calories, which I'm sure you didn't. It could just be water and waste weight.
