Yesterday workouts: morning 30 min treadmill walk, evening 30 min strength training upper body

The celebration today is I am under 30 for bmi. 🎉
79.3 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
