Today’s the final day of my 9-week calorie deficit. I’ve reached my goal going from 53 to 49,5 kg. The last time I saw 49 on the scales was at school, I could probably wear my prom dress now if I had it. Feels amazing!
49.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
