Walking a lot and that equals inflammation

I need to eat less and walk more.

Didn’t think of it that way. So think walking is better than not walking.

U fortunately, I have an ankle injury and can’t walk. I still do nearly a mile or more daily. I’m swimming doing yoga. Most people lose when they walk and if I can power walk, I do too. Just walking doesn’t work for me. I have spinal injuries that cause swelling. Life.
