Yay!!!!!!!!! Dropped! Going to keep my eating super clean and stay well hydrated. Yesterday I was so swollen and bloated. So I just drank so much water to rehydrate. I'm one kilo up so just need to chill out on my eating and get that back off.
53.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
