So a gain on the scale but I’m not overly concerned as I had a couple of days of not eating any more than 500 calories and one day of so much pain eating wasn’t in my thoughts. Just slept. So as we all know if you don’t eat enough you don’t lose any weight 😱
111.5 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
