In spite of having the munchies this afternoon, I ended the day @ 1863 calories.

I had thought I'd work outside this afternoon, but it was windy & felt cold. The sun kept going behind the clouds & the temps were in the 50's. It's getting in the 30's tonight. I decided to catch up on the laundry instead. I read & even had a short nap.

The tree guys didn't come. Not sure if they'll start tomorrow or not.

I think I'm going to the Gym. Hubby will stay home if the tree guys are here.
61.9 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
