Yay! weight this morning was 177.8lbs so I'll only call it 178lbs but I'm getting there! Christmas is coming after all!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I agree with you that every bit counts but if I call it before it comes I may disappoint myself. I wouldn't want that, it could put me off my game! As it is, it seems like I'm constantly buying new clothes! not that I'm complaining when I go into smaller pants!
