I had no kitchen scale yesterday, so no log for yesterday. I ate too much, but can't blame that on the scale, knew I was reading too much, calling that a cheat day. Back to being good. I have a brand new scale, which came with many pages of instructions. I read none of them. Today is a new day!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've found that I've gotten really good at guessing weights and measures after having done it so long. I also realize I've gotten really good at not doing it at all when I need a cheat day!
