okay-lost a pound and a bit. Hope to get to 135 tomorrow and then push downward hard to get to 130 by end of month.
62.0 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry! It wasn't real weight. I do agree its the fruity fruits. Maybe more harm then the wine. Altough, wine seems to affect my weight more than beer. Why is that? I want to drink wine! Anyway, welcome to my world -I guess we have to behave on the weekends, but what fun would that be?

you are doing so great!!!!! I'm eating alot of fruit, and drinking wine ...I wonder if that's why everything is so slow?? Good job on the pound!! You are doing fabulous!

Sharon-I really think it's the fruit (and wine) but more the fruit. SUGAR!
