I didn't go to the gym last week. I had dental surgery so needed some time to rest and recouperate. Diet being restricted to liquids and soft foods helped keep calories down. Back to normal workouts this week.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
