Did another 23 mile bike ride yesterday.
I handn't planned to be out on the bike for 2 hours, but that's how it ended up.
Bodyfat down to 27.8%.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
