I think I'll transition to once a week weigh-ins, thought I'd be up a bit after going for a visit with the fam.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's what I do. I find I get too obsessed if I weigh every day

Same here Diana 1234. But mine is about walking and making sure I hit goals every day. If I don’t hit goals or walks in I get cranky and very obsessive.
