I was a little surprised in a drop this morning. I ate a little over 2000 calories yesterday & wasn't all that active since it was raining a good part of the day.

When I posted the pic of my chicken sandwich last night, I had the thought maybe it wasn't the best thing to post. My meal with the chips was 905 calories. Not exactly "diet friendly". But, I post what I eat in my journey thru maintenence & that's what I ate. My meals are real food...no food groups eliminated. Of course, I don't eat 900 calories every night. Some nights, my dinner may be 400-500 calories.

Hubby & I went to the Gym today. It was busy when we got there, but surprisingly, not so much by the time we got to the weight machines. Muscles in my hip & my back were tender when I first got there. It was bothersome while I was on the treadmill but seemed to get stretched out when I did my mat exercises/ stretches & my squats with the kettle bell. I was also finally able to grip the dumbbell with my left hand for the shoulder shrugs & arm rows. My pinky is still tender & a little swollen, but didn't prevent me from doing my routine.

Hubby barbecued burgers for dinner & I made a salad. I bought a corned beef to cook in the crockpot with carrots, potatoes & cabbage tomorrow.

Off to bed now 😴
