I don't want to record my weight! So annoying. According to the hostile scale, I gained 3 pounds after being 135 for a full week. I was actually upset because I thought I was on a plateau! The jokes on me! The only thing I can think to do is exercise more and cut out the wine (It's only on weekends, bah!). Oh and also cut out the fruit that has crept back in...I LOVE my summer fruit-nectarines, plums and peaches oh and cherries. Farewell fruity goodness, until we meet again on the sunny shores of 130-sob :(
62.6 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
