You'd have to average a loss of about 1.4 lbs a week, which is doable, but would really take focus, at least for me. It's generally recommended to lose between 1-2 lbs a week.

It’s doable but you need to stay motivated and dedicated. Break it down by week so you have smaller goals and definitely exercise!
