This makes no sense. I weighed 229, fully clothed, on Tuesday. I have a call in to my Dr.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have a habit of weighing every day (which I know people have told me is a no-no) and also, weighing myself first thing and waiting, weight again, wait & weigh 1 more time and taking the one that there is at least 2 same weight. My doctors scale weighs me more and I can't strip there lol

JMA, I only weigh once a week. Both of my Dr’s scales are consistent with 2 lbs. more than my scale, so my scale is pretty accurate. I love the idea of you taking your scale’s average. LOL!
