Good morning! Well one more sunny day to get some work done before rain tomorrow. Got started on painting the walls in the spare bedroom but its going to take two coats Im afraid. That's ok. It's a small room. Good news this morning. Blood test results came back normal with "nothing remarkable". Iron, D, and B all perfect nothing indicating Im pre-diabetic. Relief! Now if I can keep up the clean eating/healthy living, exercise and shed a few more pounds I'll be in pretty good shape for an old gal! Never stop striving towards the best health we can achieve. Lets do it!
