Had a carb binge on Sunday which brought me up 4 lbs. It took several days, and then I started losing. This morning I was slightly under what I was on Sunday.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
