same no exercise cold and had surgery 5 weeks ago on elbow. very sad can't lose any weight
72.1 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If okayed by your doctor to exercise, I would suggest starting slowly. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes a day for a week then gradually add more time. And focus on eating one healthy meal and one healthy snack a day. Today I am going to start doing what I just recommended to you. You’ve lost weight, you can get back to it. Wishing you great results with whatever you try.
